Polyhouse at Sunny Acres Ends part 1

Here is the phone video I did when Dan came racing up and skidded in the parking lot. I started the video because I felt in harms way. He has according to a deputy, I reported this to, had a past history of violence. http://youtu.be/SKIMXTO0i7I
After filling in the tank as requested by the contractor that bid the court approved work, I went to the court house to report Dans attempt to stop the court ordered work.

When I arrived at the security area, I asked "how do I find the judge that was handling the Sunny Acres case? A deputy overheard from the information booth and told the others to send him over here.
As soon as he heard what had happened, he asked me to come with him.

I followed him downstairs where he asked me to sit down. He went into a locked secured area. He came out a few moments later and told me to do several things.
File a report with the sheriff.
Call the receiver and let them know.
Guard the video.
He also told me " to be careful!"

I am still trying to figure out how to download these videos. I have several that were filmed at the same time Dan was trying to stop the court ordered work. I also have questions and statments his lawyer made when he showed up a few minutes after Dan was making phone calls. The lawyer started to question what was going on. He clearly makes some interesting comments about who needs to know about the illegal Gas line and some other very interesting statements. I think you can start to understand the dept of the evil that permiates the top leadership of Sunny Acres from Dan to his lawyer.

Anyone wonder now why I have left town early?

Judge for your selves. I just filmed while I felt in danger.

This farce of DANS helping the Homeless is over.
There has been years of illegal activity and wilful neglegent acts that endanger people. If this were animals he would have had chargers long ago that would have been serious and he would be in jail.

It is clear that because these people are the "creek homeless people" the ones that had no where else to go? He got away with inhumane treatment. I will post a tour I did resently of the safety violations and the living condiotions he made people pay for.

 I did get an email warning that I should stay away from Sunny Acres because there was some strange things going on. I was told in the email that.

I was banned from the site by the receiver?
They seemed thankful I called them and informed them of the interferance in the coarse of doing work for the court.
I was fired from Polyhouse and, if I showed up on site, there was going to be trouble?
BTW can you fire someone that has voluneteered for over 7 years?
"They" cannot ban me from the site.
It is public property (because it is a non-profit) according to law enforcement.
I was told the Sheriff had orders from the receiver to arrest me if I came back on site?

All this was from someone that is close to all the happenings  involving Dan and Sunny Acres.This person knows and is involved. It was the churches that Dan went to when he had no where else to turn when he burned all the others that tried to help him. The churces have attempted to put in place a new "real" board.

I wish them well as I go to the same church as some of the possible new board members.

The End of Polyhouse at sunny Acres :(

This is a sad day for me personally. To know that a project I have been devoted to for 7 years has ended. Hopefully only for this project and not for good. Although I think the gross negligence and reckless regard for the students safety might have done irreputable damage to the program.

 I have been accused of many things over the last few days. I have suffered much because of the cover up and the ensuing lies and character assignation.
I try and tell myslf, It is all good as I do not read the papers or own a TV. I also know it is none of my business what anyone thinks about me. I know I can only change the face I see in the mirror. It still hurts when friends tell me what they have heard and what they think they know.

I know when people are guilty they start to blame others and tell lies to cover up their misdeeds. The truth will ultimately prevail. People will lose their credibility as a few already have. I will stay steadfast to telling the truth no mater what lies others will try and say.

I just finished a long email to Jeff Armstrong the President of Cal Poly. I let him know the truth about how the Polyhouse professor and Dan have put the students at risk. They both knowingly allow students to drive over, work around and walk over the PVC gas lines in the pictures below.

The 1st day was when only Dan and some of his people knew the students were driving dump trucks full of fire wood, tractors, and a skip loader with old oak wine barrels over this illegal PVC gas line.

The line was discovered on April 21st the 1st Sat when the public and the students started the clean up process. The professor was told that day. I told her as soon as I heard about it. She did nothing.
I had even told a higher person in more authority in the engineering dept that I was going to talk with the president about my safety concerns and about the pending failure of this project because of Dan's behavior. He asked me not to do that. He would talk with the professor about my concerns.
Nothing changed, except I was systematically cut out of the loop of the plans and progress.

I realized that early on and it did not stop me from showing up ready willing and able to help. The incidents surrounding the septic tank pumping where explained on the cal coast news comment section.

This is my 1st attempt at downloading a video. This is of the septic tank to be filled and of the wires found in the ground, the crazy yurts, the new illegal  electric circuits added to a previous legal one breaker panel. The tour of the Stucco barn many have yet to see any of the extent or gross negligence Dan has done that endangered so many he claims to care about. Opps guess I will have to try You Tube.

 The 1st is when I dug it up. I only dug down about 5 inches and hit the lid. How nice of Dan to put it in a box and save me all the digging I thought I was going to have to do. The 2nd is one of the trucks. Dan had come in that drove over the line while I was on site. The 3rd is how it appeared to the right of the Dairy barn.                                                                                                                                   

I got an email last night and a warning sent from someone that has ties to Sunny Acres that I needed to be careful and stay away as something strange is going on. I am headed out of town ASAP.
